Photos of my chess journey
Chess taught me the importance of patience. Without patience, you'll make moves that are not precise, and you'll lose the game because you are not thinking through your moves. When I was in third grade, seeing how pieces moved also taught me how to better understand math concepts like “area,” which helped me think strategically and in steps.
